Rama Devi Women’s University ITEP Assistant Professors: Three Subjects

Rama Devi Women’s University, Bhubaneswar, invites candidates to a walk-in selection for three Assistant Professor appointments in its Integrated Teacher Education Programme for the 2026–27 session. There is one position each in History, Political Science and Economics, covering liberal disciplines and pedagogy. Applicants need a postgraduate degree in the relevant Social Sciences or Humanities subject and BEd with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. NET, an accepted State Eligibility Test or a concerned-subject PhD under the applicable UGC requirements is also necessary. Candidates may be no older than sixty-five. MEd or specialized MEd and a PhD in Education are desirable. Consolidated remuneration is ₹40,000 monthly for PhD candidates and ₹35,000 for UGC-NET-qualified candidates. The initial contract is one year and may be extended yearly with a one-day break, subject to satisfactory performance. Bring originals and a set of self-attested school and higher-education credentials, Aadhaar or other identity evidence, two photographs and employer NOC when applicable.
