Most KarmSakha products are digital and are unlocked after payment verification.
A refund review can be requested when duplicate payment, failed delivery, wrong entitlement or technical access failure is confirmed.

When refund review may be limited
Refund review may be limited after a learner has accessed downloadable content, attempted paid tests or used a pass for multiple products.
Requests based only on change of mind, exam postponement or non-use after successful delivery may not qualify.
How to request review
Email [email protected] with order ID, registered email or phone, product name and payment screenshot if available.
Approved reversals are processed through the original payment method where supported by the payment partner.
