- • Career advancement tools
Note: Karmsakha assists with job applications but does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- • Submit false or misleading information
- • Impersonate any person or entity
- • Violate any laws or regulations
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- • Attempt unauthorized access
- • Use automated data extraction (scraping)

4. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Terms:
- • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- • Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice
- • Refunds: No refunds are provided (see Refund Policy)
- • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime, effective at period end

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

- • AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable
- • The Service will meet your specific requirements
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karmsakha shall not be liable for:
- • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- • Failure to obtain employment or job interviews
- • Errors in AI-generated content
- • Service interruptions or data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
