Digital goods
All KarmSakha products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, so there is nothing physical to return. Payment issues are handled under the Refund Policy.
Every KarmSakha product — eBooks, PDF packs, mock tests, course notes, study packs and Career Pass access — is a digital good delivered through account unlock after payment verification.
Because nothing physical is shipped, product returns and return pickups do not apply to any purchase.
Once digital content is unlocked, downloaded or attempted, it cannot be given back in the way a physical product can, so returns are not offered.
Please review the product page, included assets, sample PDFs and free tests before buying — most paid products have a free version to try first.
Duplicate payments, failed delivery, wrong entitlement or technical access failures are reviewed under the Refund Policy at /refund-policy.
Order corrections before access is activated are handled under the Cancellation Policy at /cancellation-policy.
For any purchase issue, email support@karmsakha.com with the order ID, registered email or phone and the product name.
Support responses follow the payment partner's verification and the access logs for the order.
