Cancellation Policy for Digital Exam Products

This policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for digital products before and after access is activated.

Before access is activated

If payment is captured but access has not been activated, support can review cancellation or correction requests.

If a learner selected the wrong product, support may help move access to the correct equivalent product where operationally possible.

After access is activated

Once tests, eBooks, PDFs, notes or pass features are unlocked, cancellation may be restricted because the product is digital.

Subscription-style future products will show their cancellation rules on the checkout or product page when launched.

Send cancellation requests to support@karmsakha.com with the registered contact details and payment reference.

Support will review the request against product access logs and payment status.
