National Health Mission Uttarakhand recruits one Senior Consultant for Procurement and Contract Management at its Dehradun state office. Applicants need a recognized master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain Management, or the professional CA/ICWA qualification. They also need at least five years of post-qualification procurement and contract-management experience, including two years in a senior position in public-sector procurement, a government medical-supplies corporation or NHM. The age ceiling is forty-two on 1 January 2026; applicants with at least three years of NHM work receive five years’ relaxation. The role requires knowledge of public procurement, tendering, contract administration, financial rules and digital systems, with effective Hindi and English communication. Monthly consolidated remuneration is up to ₹90,000. The initial full-time contract runs until 31 March 2027; renewal depends on NHM continuation, approval and performance.
