Applications opened on 7 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM on 7 November 2026, including online fee payment. Applicants must be Indian nationals with graduation and three years of experience as a stenotypist, judgment writer or stenographer in a government office or reputed organization. The skill requirements are English stenography at one hundred words per minute, accurate transcription within five times the dictation period, and English computer typing at fifty words per minute. More than ten percent mistakes in either assessed component results in disqualification. The normal UR/EWS age range is eighteen to forty-five on 1 January 2026; the notice explains separate provisions for eligible HP government employees and reserved categories. Pay is Level 11, ₹38,500–1,22,700. No other application mode is accepted. Recruitment follows the court’s competitive-examination rules, and qualifications and experience must exist when the application is submitted. The notice also makes the appointments subject to the outcome of the named pending court proceedings.
