AGM (Design): Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Production Engineering degree with minimum 60% marks; minimum 15 years managerial experience in hull structure, machinery outfit or hull outfit ship design in the specified establishments. Manager (Hull): Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Production Engineering degree plus minimum 9 years managerial experience OR minimum three-year Mechanical/Marine/Shipbuilding Engineering diploma plus minimum 12 years managerial experience; experience must be in the specified hull/outfitting/heavy fabrication/erection functions. Deputy Manager (Quality Control): Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture Engineering degree plus minimum 7 years managerial experience OR minimum three-year Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture/Shipbuilding Engineering diploma plus minimum 10 years managerial experience; AND NDT Level 2 OR ASNT Level 2 certification from a competent agency. Experience must cover specified outfitting/machinery/piping/structural outfit/fabrication quality control functions. Deputy Manager (Electrical Design): Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical & Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication Engineering degree plus minimum 7 years managerial experience OR minimum three-year Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture/Shipbuilding Engineering diploma plus minimum 10 years managerial experience; experience must be in Electrical Design Applications such as AutoCAD, Tribon/Aveva/CADMATIC in the listed establishments. For each executive post, regular PSU/Government/autonomous-body candidates require one year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent; private/contract candidates require comparable monetary CTC/basic pay as stated. Recognized university/state technical board and post-qualification experience conditions apply.
