Benefits include HRA, LTC, Medical reimbursement, TA, Children Education Allowance, NPS, Telephone bills, Book grants, Research initiation grant (up to ₹25 lakhs), and support for conferences. An additional top-up salary of ₹25,000/- per month for the first three years for new faculty. |
