UPTET & Super TET books
UPTET and Super TET are two different exams and most book lists blur them. UPTET is the eligibility test — 150 questions, 150 marks, 150 minutes, no negative marking, and the certificate is now lifetime valid. Super TET is the UP Assistant Teacher recruitment exam you can only sit after qualifying UPTET or CTET, and it adds Class 12 academic subjects and B.Ed-level professional subjects the eligibility test never tests.

B.Ed level · teaching methodology, child psychology, IT, life skills
The professional block is drawn from B.Ed coursework — teaching methodology, child psychology, information technology and life skills or management. If you hold a B.Ed you already own most of this material and should revise from your own notes before buying anything new. Remember the final selection is 60% written and 40% academic record, so the written paper is not the whole picture.
