NLU Delhi Consultant for Placement and Career Development

National Law University Delhi invites online applications for one Consultant in Placement and Career Development. The appointment is contractual for an initial year and may be extended according to performance and institutional need. Applicants require a postgraduate degree in Law or Social Sciences, or an MBA in Human Resources, with at least 55% marks. They must have at least ten years of relevant experience in training, mentorship, career development and placement services, including experience with NL Us or law schools and a demonstrated record supporting their students. The role also requires effective written and spoken communication, counselling, presentation and networking skills, familiarity with social media and MS Office, and willingness to travel. Responsibilities include preparing students for internships and recruitment, coordinating recruiter outreach and placement drives, supporting Day Zero arrangements, maintaining employer relationships and advising on recruitment policy.
