Punjab Remote Sensing Centre: Clerk, Lab and Sweeper Posts; Deadline Extended to 27 October 2026

Punjab Remote Sensing Centre is recruiting six regular staff across Clerk, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Executive, Chowkidar cum Mali and Sweeper roles. An official corrigendum extends receipt of applications to 27 October 2026; candidates who already applied and paid the fee do not need to reapply. Eligibility differs substantially by profession. Clerks need a recognized degree with second division or higher, Punjabi through matriculation, the prescribed computer qualification and Punjabi and English typing. Laboratory Attendants need 12 th science with the specified subjects and Punjabi through matriculation. Laboratory Executives need a first-class relevant diploma, BCA or B.Sc. Chowkidar cum Mali applicants require matriculation with Punjabi and at least two years of relevant organizational experience; Sweepers require matriculation with Punjabi. The ordinary maximum age is 37 on 1 August 2026, with category-based relaxations. Pay levels start at₹19,900 for clerical and laboratory posts and₹18,000 for the two support roles, with fixed minimum emoluments during probation. Submit the prescribed form, supporting documents and applicable fee to the Director at the PAU campus, Ludhiana.
