Catering Manager Recruitment at SAI NCOE Alleppey

The Sports Authority of India (SAI), through its Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education (LNCPE) Regional Centre in Thiruvananthapuram, has issued a recruitment notice for one Catering Manager position at SAI NCOE Alleppey on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two years based on performance. Eligible candidates must hold a degree in any discipline with a one-year diploma in Hotel or Catering Management, or a graduate degree in Hotel/Catering Management, or a three-year diploma in Hotel Management completed before 2000. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in catering operations is required. The selected candidate will manage daily catering operations, ensure food quality and hygiene, maintain financial records, plan menus with nutritionists, lead staff, and comply with health and safety standards. The remuneration is ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, with no additional allowances. Walk-in-interview was scheduled for May 16, 2022. Age limit is 50 years as of the application deadline. Final selection decisions rest with SAI.
