Director General, National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Faridabad, Haryana at Power Tel, Haryana

The National Power Training Institute (NPTI) is an autonomous registered society under the Ministry of Power, Government of India. The Institute is looking for a Director General to head the organization. The post is vacant from 1st November 2025, and the appointment will be made on a deputation basis. The Director General will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the Institute. The post carries a scale of pay of Rs. 67,000-79,000 with annual increment @ 3% (pre-revised) [Rs. 1,82,200-Rs. 2,24,100, Level - 15 in the Pay Matrix as per CCS (RP) Rules, 2016]. The Director General will also be responsible for the development of human resources for the power sector and will be the chief executive officer of the organization. The Director General will have powers similar to the powers of a Head of the Department under the Government of India, exercising his powers under the direction and control of the Chairman of the Governing Council of NPTI.
