Fees for settlement of plaint/petition/affidavit etc.: ₹2,925. Per diem for Supreme Court appearance: Not exceeding ₹17,550. For conducting case outside Headquarters: ₹8,775 for the 1st case, ₹2,925 for subsequent cases. Professional loss: Double of one full fees payable at headquarter. Monthly ceiling: ₹1,68,000 including retainer fees. TA/DA: Highest rate admissible for State Government officers. Entitled to rent-free furnished accommodation. |
