Common questions

UPSSSC PET FAQ

Does clearing PET guarantee a job?

No — PET only qualifies you to apply for specific UPSSSC Group C posts; you must separately apply and compete in each post's own recruitment process using your PET score.

How long is a UPSSSC PET score valid?

UPSSSC has set a validity period (commonly one year, but this has varied) for using a given PET score across recruitment drives — check the current PET notification for the exact validity.
