Capri Global eyes up to $500 million offshore bond issue

Capri Global Capital is set to enter international markets for the first time, aiming to raise between $300 million and $500 million through offshore bonds. This initiative is part of a broader trend among Indian Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) that are taking advantage of regulatory benefits to secure foreign funding. The issuance will occur under the company's existing $1 billion Global Medium Term Note programme, with five global banks appointed to facilitate investor meetings in key regions.
