National only — Data Analysis Consultant, Education Section (11.5 months, remote)

UNICEF India is seeking a national consultant to generate reliable, disaggregated and integrated education evidence by analysing administrative and household survey datasets, and transforming the findings into analytical reports, knowledge products and interactive dashboards. The outputs support UNICEF's national and state offices and are shared with national and state government counterparts to strengthen data-informed planning, budgeting, monitoring and policy dialogue at national and state levels. This is a home-based (remote) consultancy of 11.5 months, open to Indian nationals only.

Responsibilities

Analyse administrative and household survey datasets; produce analytical reports, knowledge products and interactive dashboards; support evidence-based planning, budgeting, monitoring and policy dialogue with national and state government counterparts.

Qualifications

Nationals of India only. Advanced degree and demonstrated experience in data analysis, education statistics or related fields; familiarity with education datasets and government data systems is an advantage. Full requirements are on the official UNICEF posting.
