About the role
UNICEF Ukraine is establishing a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for individual stress counselors to provide confidential, demand-based psychosocial support services to UNICEF personnel, including short-term individual counselling, crisis support following critical incidents or acute stress events, and structured wellbeing workshops. The assignment is remote / work from home for up to 36 months, coordinated with the National Staff Counsellor. Open to international applicants.
Provide confidential short-term individual counselling and crisis support to UNICEF personnel; deliver structured wellbeing workshops; support referral to specialised or long-term care where needed.
