Yes — computer awareness is a dedicated scoring section in IBPS and SBI mains and appears in many state and railway exams. Basics of hardware, software, shortcuts and the internet are enough for most.

Does the ITI COPA trade use the same computer basics?

The COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) ITI trade goes deeper, but the fundamentals — hardware, OS, MS Office and internet — overlap with the computer-awareness asked in bank and SSC exams.
