RPSC updates
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) releases a provisional answer key for the RAS and allied recruitment examination. This key allows candidates to verify their responses and raise objections if needed.
Facts last verified 17 July 2026
How it works
The provisional answer key is the initial version released by RPSC after the examination. It contains the answers marked by the examination board and serves as a reference for candidates to evaluate their performance. This key is subject to verification and may be modified based on valid objections received from candidates.
Candidates can raise objections against any question or answer in the provisional key by following the official procedure. Each objection must be supported with valid reasoning and relevant references. A nominal fee is charged for each objection, which is refundable if the objection is accepted by the commission.
After considering all valid objections, RPSC releases the final answer key. This version is considered final and binding for the evaluation process. The final answer key cannot be challenged further, and the results are prepared based on this key.

Common questions
The commission specifies the exact timeframe for raising objections in the official notification. Candidates must submit their objections within this period to be considered.
If your objection is found valid, the commission will modify the answer key accordingly. The final results will be prepared based on the corrected answers, and candidates affected by the change will be notified.
The objection fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. However, if multiple objections from different candidates lead to the same correction, the commission may consider refunding the fee at its discretion.
