The MPSC follows a systematic process for declaring examination results. After evaluation of answer sheets and completion of the verification process, the commission releases the results on the official website. The results are typically published in phases, starting with the preliminary examination results, followed by mains and interview stages.

The MPSC scorecard contains comprehensive information about the candidate's performance. It includes personal details, roll number, examination details, marks obtained in each section, and overall ranking. The scorecard also indicates whether the candidate has qualified or not for the next stage of the selection process.

Candidates who qualify in the examination are called for the next stage of selection, which may include document verification, medical examination, or interview. The final selection is based on performance across all stages of the examination process. Qualified candidates are then recommended for appointment to the respective posts based on merit and availability of vacancies.
