JAIIB — Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers — is a professional certification awarded by IIBF to people already working in a bank. It is not a recruitment exam: candidates sit it to build banking credentials and support promotion. The certification is made up of four separately examined papers, and CAIIB is the follow-on IIBF certification for those who clear it.
