What is the difference between the Stage 1 and Stage 2 written exams?

The Stage 1 exam is a computer-based objective test with multiple-choice questions. The Stage 2 exam is a pen-and-paper descriptive test that includes essay writing and comprehension.

Do I need to prepare for the Physical Efficiency Test if I am focusing only on the written exam?

Yes, clearing the written exam is not sufficient for selection. Candidates must also qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Examination to be considered for the final merit list.
