Assist in the preparation of procurement plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and organizational priorities. Provide troubleshooting support during the preparation, submission, and evaluation of tenders. Conduct training sessions and workshops to build staff capacity on procurement regulations, tools, and best practices. Stay updated with the latest developments in procurement laws, guidelines, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. Perform any other procurement-related duties as assigned by the Directorate General of Shipping.
