The Meghalaya State Disaster Management Authority intends to recruit on a contractual basis for the post of Operator for a period of 7 months (w.c.l September 2025 to 17th March 2026). The Operator will be responsible for handling emergency calls, providing assistance to the public, and maintaining records of calls. The selected candidate will be required to work in a 24x7 environment and have excellent communication skills. The Operator will be responsible for answering calls, providing information, and directing callers to the appropriate department or agency. The Operator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls, including the date, time, and details of the call.
