Executive Secretary to the Vice Chancellor

The post holder will provide high-level personal assistant support to the Vice-Chancellor, including managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing correspondence, arranging domestic and international travel, responding to inquiries, conducting confidential research, and executing other duties as assigned. The role requires a graduate with at least 3 years of experience supporting top management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
