The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board issued a notification regarding a software error in the results of the Sub-Inspector of Police 2025 recruitment, declared on January 27, 2026. The error affected departmental candidates who had changed their quota from Open to Departmental as per G.O.(Ms) No.410 dated August 18, 2025. Due to the glitch, these candidates were incorrectly listed under the Open Quota instead of the Departmental Quota. The Board has acknowledged the issue and will release revised results shortly to rectify the error and ensure fair consideration under the correct quota.
