Rajiv Gandhi Housing Corporation Limited (RGHCL), a Government of Karnataka Enterprise, invites applications from eligible and interested Advocates for empanelment to represent the Corporation in various courts and forums for a period of two years. The empanelment covers representation in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Karnataka, Administrative Tribunals, Arbitration proceedings, and District/City Civil Courts. Candidates must possess a Degree in Law from a UGC-recognized University and be enrolled with the Bar Council. The selection requires significant practice experience ranging from 5 to 12 years depending on the specific court or forum applied for. <strong>Essential Qualification:</strong> 1. Degree in Law from a UGC-recognized University (LL.M. preferred). 2. Certificate of Enrollment with the Bar Council. <strong>Experience Requirements:</strong> - <strong>Supreme Court/High Court:</strong> Min 12 years in relevant fields (Civil, Labour, Service, etc.). - <strong>CAT/KSAT:</strong> Min 10 years in Service matters. - <strong>Arbitration:</strong> Min 10 years in Arbitration matters. - <strong>District/City Civil Courts:</strong> Min 7 years in civil/money/land suits. - <strong>Lower Courts/Tribunals:</strong> Min 5 years experience.

Remuneration/Fees will be governed by the guidelines of the Corporation for panel Advocates.
