The Government of Maharashtra has invited applications for appointment to the posts of the Technical Member (State) in States benches of the GSTAT. The Central Government has notified the 3 State Benches as under: Goa, Maharashtra, and the selection process will be conducted by a Search-Cum-Selection Committee. The applications received will be scrutinized with respect to eligibility of applicants for the posts having regard to the qualifications and relevant experience. Shortlisted candidates may be called for personal interaction by the Committee, if deemed necessary and proper. The Committee shall recommend a panel of suitable candidates, on the basis of overall evaluation, to the Central Government to make the appointments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in law, Age Limit: 50 years and above, Experience: At least three years of experience in administration of an existing law or goods and services tax or in the field of finance and taxation in a state government, Nationality: Indian citizen
