The Government of Kerala has issued a notification for the amendment of the Kerala General Sales Tax Act, 1963. The notification aims to restore the revenue-neutral rate of tax on Petrol other than Naphtha. The amendment will be effective from the 22nd day of November, 2012. The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
