The Government of Kerala has issued a notification to amend the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments aim to incorporate the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council. The notification is intended to achieve the above object. The amendments will come into force with effect from 1st day of January, 2022.
