The Government of Kerala has issued a notification under G.O.(P) No.165/2020/TAXES, dated 18th December, 2020, to make further amendments in the notification issued under G.O.(P) No.73/2017/TAXES, dated 30th June, 2017. The amendments include substituting the figures '2021' for '2020' in serial numbers 19A and 19B of the table. The notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2020. The amendments are intended to extend the Goods and Services Tax exemption on services by way of transportation of goods by air or by sea from customs stations of clearance in India to a place outside India, up to 30th September, 2021.
