The Government of Kerala has decided to reduce the tax rate payable on the sale of Aviation Gasoline to the Rajiv Gandhi Academy for Aviation Technology, a Government of Kerala undertaking, Thiruvananthapuram, for using in their training aircrafts. The notification is intended to achieve the above object. The said goods are purchased exclusively for the use as fuel in training aircrafts of the Rajiv Gandhi Academy for Aviation Technology, Thiruvananthapuram.
