The Government of Assam has issued a notification for the promotion of officers to the rank of Inspector General of Police in the Super Time Scale-II of IPS in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix. The promotions are effective from 01/01/2023. The notification lists the names of the officers who have been promoted, including Dr. V. Siva Prasad Ganjala, Shri Prithi Pal Singh, Shri Satya Raj Hazarika, Shri Jitmol Doley, Shri Mainul Islam Mondal, Shri Abu Sufian, Shri Arabinda Kali ta, Shri Imdadul Hussain Bora, and Shri Devojyoti Mukherjee.
