The Central Government has issued a notification to amend the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification makes further amendments to the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dated the 28th June, 2017. The amendments include inserting new entries, modifying existing entries, and omitting certain entries. The notification comes into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2021.
