About This Opportunity

The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued a notification to amend the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification makes further amendments to the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.11/2017- Central Tax (Rate), dated the 28th June, 2017. The amendments include the insertion of new items and entries in the Table against serial number 25, and the insertion of the word, brackets, and figures "and (ia)" in item (ii), in column (3). The notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2020.
