The Government of Kerala has issued a notification exempting certain drugs and anti-coagulants from the Goods and Services Tax (GST) under the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The exemption applies to the following drugs and anti-coagulants: Tocilizumab, Amphotericin B, Remdesivir, Heparin (anti-coagulant), Itolizumab, Posaconazole, Infliximab, Bamlanivimab & Etesevimab, Casirivimab & Imdevimab, 2-Deoxy-D-Glucose, and Favipiravir. The exemption is effective from October 1, 2021, and will remain in force until December 31, 2021.
