The Assam Administrative Staff College has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Public Prosecutor. The recruitment is open to candidates who have completed their LL.B. degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing law. The selection process will consist of a written examination and a viva-voce test. The candidates who have been shortlisted will be called for the viva-voce test, which will be held on 28th August 2024. The candidates are required to bring their call letter, identity proof, and original documents related to their educational qualification. The candidates are also required to bring a copy of any application or petition they have drafted and filed in a court of law, as well as a copy of any order or judgment passed by a court of law in which they have appeared, conducted, and argued the matter.
