The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued a notification to amend the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification introduces new amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.2/2017- Integrated Tax (Rate), dated the 28th June, 2017. The amendments include the insertion of new serial numbers and entries in the Schedule, and the substitution of existing entries. The notification comes into force on the 27th July, 2018.
