About This Opportunity

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs is conducting an e-auction of two cars, a Maruti Ciaz VXI DL-1C T-3347 Model 2015 and a Maruti Ciaz VXI DL-9C AP-8888 Model 2016. The auction will be held on Friday, the 31st October, 2025 at 2.30 P.M. at the underground parking of Parliament Library Building. The cars can be inspected on 28th and 29th October, 2025 after prior appointment through telephone No.011-23034743, 23034899. The auction will be conducted on 'As is Where is Basis' and the highest bidder will be required to deposit a refundable security deposit of Rs.30,000/- for each vehicle in the form of DD/NEFT/RTGS in favour of M/s. Accurate Auctioneers, payable at New Delhi. The acceptance of the highest bid will be subject to the approval of the competent authority in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. The validity of the bid will be for 45 days. The bidder will be required to provide his/her identity proof and apply online for transfer papers for transfer of the vehicle and have to complete the transfer formalities in respective name within 30 days. The security deposit of the successful bidder will be refunded after the completion of transfer proceedings. The payment of the highest bid amount will have to be made within 48 hours after approval, otherwise a penalty of Rs.500/- per day will be charged. The auctioned items will have to be removed within a week after depositing the highest bid value. M/s.
