The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued a notification to amend the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification introduces new amendments to the notification No. 02/2019-Central Tax (Rate), dated the 7th March, 2019. The amendments include the insertion of a new Sl. No. 2A and entries thereto in the Annexure. The notification comes into force on the 1st day of October, 2019.
