The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued a notification to clarify the scope and applicability of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification inserts an explanation in the Table against serial number 3, in column (3), in item (vi), regarding the term 'business'. The notification comes into force with effect from 27th July, 2018.
