The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued a notification to amend the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification makes changes to the notification No. 12/2017- Central Tax (Rate), dated the 28th June, 2017. The changes include amendments to the table, insertion of new entries, and substitution of certain words and figures. The notification comes into effect from the 1st day of October, 2019.
