The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has requested the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to provide a wider panel of officers in Level 13/13A of the Pay Matrix to select a suitable officer for the post. The desired qualifications and nature of work are attached. The Chief Secretaries of all State Governments (except UTs) and all the Chiefs of CAPFs/CPOs are requested to give publicity to the requirement of the Ministry of External Affairs and forward the nominations of willing and eligible IPS officers to this Ministry within a period of one month.
