About This Opportunity

The Government of Mizoram is conducting a public auction for the disposal of government vehicles. The auction will be held on a 'as is where is' basis, and interested persons can submit their quotations in writing. The vehicle details, terms, and conditions are as follows: 1. The vehicle can be inspected by interested persons during office hours in the presence of the MT Hav. 2. The quotation should be sealed in wax, superscribed as 'QUOTATION FOR CONDEMNED VEHICLE', and should also write the condemned vehicle Registration number on the cover of the quotation. 3. The quotation should be submitted along with an amount of 2% of the Reserve Price values as earnest money in the form of 'Deposit at call' from a Scheduled Bank in favour of Commandant General-cum-Director. 4. Quotation without earnest money will be summarily rejected. 5. The quotationer should quote their rates both in figures and words, and any corrections, overwriting, cutting must be initialed with date, failing which the quotation will be treated as invalid. 6. The quotationer should indicate their telephone/Mobile number. The allottee shall lift the allotted vehicle after receipt of Treasury Challan deposited under the Head '60) — Other Services. 105-'. The allottee shall pay Rs. 50/- per day as additional deposit amount if the vehicle is not lifted within the prescribed period. The undersigned has the right to accept/reject any quotation without assigning any reason therefor.
