About This Opportunity

The Haj Committee of India is inviting selected pilgrims for Haj-2025 to submit their original, valid, International Indian machine-readable passport to their respective State/UT Haj Committees no later than 18th February 2025. The passport must be valid, in good condition, and free from any damage, tears, water exposure, loose binding, or markings. It must also have at least two consecutive blank pages. If a pilgrim realizes that their passport is damaged or lacks blank pages, they must inform their respective State/UT Haj Committee, submit a copy of the existing passport to them for records, and apply for a new passport immediately. The new passport should be submitted by 18th February 2025, positively. The SHC must verify that the passport is valid, undamaged, and free of tears, water exposure, loose binding, or markings, and that it contains at least two consecutive blank pages. If any of these conditions are not met, the SHC shall immediately return the passport to the pilgrim, with instruction to submit new passport within 15 days. Timely submission of passports is essential to ensure a smooth and hassle-free visa process and entire Haj operation.
