Empanelment of Transport Companies for CGI Boston

About This Opportunity

The Consulate General of India, Boston is inviting tenders/bids from prominent transport companies to provide services for various official purposes including visit of high-level delegations in Boston, USA. The interested companies may provide rental charges for chauffeur driven car for four categories of vehicles: Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV and Luxury SUV. The terms and conditions of the contract would include the vehicles being in good condition with functional AC and heating system, the chauffeur having a valid driving license, legal resident status, being English speaking and having good knowledge of city routes and traffic rules. The transport company should be in a position to offer monitoring and back up services in case of any breakdown of vehicle or other issues that may arise due to any exigencies. The rates quoted should be effective for one year from the date of signing the contract. The revision of rate will be considered after one year. The company should be able to provide multiple vehicles, as and when required without any constraint on the number of vehicles that can be provided at any given time.
