The Government of Mizoram, under the Vehicle Outsourcing Policy 2019, is pleased to notify the empanelment of the following firms/agencies/individuals as Vehicle Outsourcing Providers. The empanelment is for the purpose of providing vehicle outsourcing services to the Government of Mizoram. The selected firms/agencies/individuals will be responsible for providing vehicles for official use. The empanelment is valid for a period of one year from the date of notification. The selected firms/agencies/individuals will be required to maintain a fleet of vehicles as per the requirements of the Government of Mizoram. The vehicles will be used for official purposes only and will not be used for personal or commercial purposes. The selected firms/agencies/individuals will be required to provide a performance guarantee of Rs. 10 lakhs. The empanelment will be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract will be awarded to the selected firms/agencies/individuals through a tender process. The tender process will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Mizoram. The selected firms/agencies/individuals will be required to submit a bid for the contract. The bid will be evaluated based on the technical and financial criteria. The contract will be awarded to the firm/agency/individual that submits the lowest bid that meets the technical and financial criteria. The contract will be for a period of one year from the date of award. The contract will be renewable for a further period of one year based on the performance of the firm/agency/individual. The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Mizoram. The contract will be executed in the English language.
