The Government of Tripura is recruiting a Special Public Prosecutor (POCSO) for the Unakoti District, Kailashahar. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, exclusively in the Special Court designated under sub-section (1) of Section 28 of the Act. The appointment is in addition to the normal duties of the Public Prosecutor. The selected candidate will be entitled to get 11% of the fee prescribed for Special Public Prosecutor (POCSO) for conducting cases before the Special Court (POCSO), Unakoti.
